Every result on this page lives in one file called data.js. Adding a COA means copying one block in that file, filling in the numbers from the report, and pushing the change. The site rebuilds itself from the data automatically. Full field-by-field instructions are written at the top of the file.
Log the batch number every time. Purity means little without it, since two vials from the same vendor can come from different production runs.
Only log results you have legitimate access to: your own test orders, reports a vendor publishes, results shared with permission, or reports you can verify on the lab's own site.
